Charity Office Opened

Sail 4 Cancer has grown dramatically since it was set up just over three years ago by a small group of people who had all recently lost a close relative or friend to cancer.  This growth has created a need for a small office from which to manage the admin side of the charity but also as a base to store equipment for events.

After careful consideration, Kingsclere in rural Berkshire was chosen as the charity’s new home!

Richard Groome, Trustee of the charity, explained:

“Kingsclere was chosen as a strategic location as it provides quick access to the South Coast, London and the volunteer trustee management team.  Sail 4 Cancer has also been fortunate to find key staff who also live in the village.  AND the new office is also directly opposite my house!”
